How to Apply:

Step 1 - Dip the tip of the brush gently into the pot of gel eyeliner
Step 2 - Sweep the eyeliner brush across the top eyelid
Step 3 - If you want to make a flick or a wing, use the tip of the eyeliner brush to extend the line outwards, and join back to reach your desired shape
Step 4 - Go over the waterline for an especially feline look (optional)
