Ordering & Shipping

You can order quickly and easily through the Shopaholic website.

To add items to your shopping cart, simply click on "Add to Cart" button on the item you wish to buy.

To remove an item, click the link labeled "Remove" or "X" as applicable in different pages - your shopping cart will automatically recalculate so you can see your new total.

To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column and click on update if such button is available, if not your shopping bag will automatically recalculate, indicating both the unit price and the total price of the quantity added.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

LAHORE: Orders placed before 2:00 pm will be delivered on same day for most brands. For some brands there might be an additional time period required. Our customer support team will inform you accordingly at the time of confirmation of order from you on the call.

Deliveries are done till 8:00 pm. Special requests for delivery timings can be entertained for LAHORE ONLY if information is provided at the time of placement of order in COMMENTS section.

OTHER CITIES: Orders received before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day through our courier partners and reach you within 2-5 Business Days.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Shopaholic, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order.

The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices and your ship-to and bill-to information. You may also receive a phone call for confirmation of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you ever want to cancel your order, which we pray you don't have to, please keep in mind you can only cancel your order within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours your orders get processed and sometimes shipped as well and thus we cannot cancel or modify your order.

You can always check your order status by clicking on Your Order History. After signing in, you can obtain the status of all orders placed.

SHIPPING FEE

Shipping is FREE for all orders of Rs. 7500 or above within Pakistan.

Orders below Rs. 5000 are charged at flat delivery rate of Rs. 300 for any city regardless of weight or number of items.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

PARTIALLY SHIPPED

In some cases an item may have inventory issue. We reserve the right to only ship the available items with or without informing in prior for COD customers. Rest assured, you will only be charged for the items you receive. In case, you have already paid via credit / debit card then you will receive a call from our side to offer you refund or store credit as per your preference.
