How To Apply:

• Exfoliate and then apply moisturizer on your lips about 10-15 minutes before applying your Velvetine.
• Do the rest of my makeup then wipe off excess lip balm from lips.
• Use a thin coat of Velvetine, starting at the center and then working out towards the corners. If you use too many layers it won't dry appropriately, which will prevent it from lasting a long time.
