How to Apply

Draw a line from the inner to the outer corner of the eyelid.
Glide the pencil from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye, keeping the pencil close to the lash line.

For a smudged-out look, use the Smudger Brush and blend out the liner before it sets.

Sharpen as needed.
