How to Apply:
As a base:

• For extra oily lids, apply an additional primer first
• Use the applicator to apply a small amount of product onto the lid
• Use your finger or a our Small Shader Brush to quickly blend the product to create an even, thin layer
• Follow up with your favorite ColourPop shadow

As a topper:

• Using your finger, pick up a small amount of product
• Gently apply the product onto the lid using patting motions

Alone:

• For extra oily lids, apply additional primer first
• Use the applicator to apply a small amount of product onto the lid
• Use your finger or our Small Shader Brush to quickly blend the product to create a thin, even layer
• For extra impact, apply an additional thin layer
