SHOPPING CART

You can order quickly and easily through the Shopaholic website.

To add items to your shopping cart, simply click on "Add to Cart" button of the item you wish to buy.


To remove an item, click the link labeled "Remove" or "X" as applicable in different pages - your shopping cart will automatically recalculate so you can see your new total.


To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column and click on update if such button is available, if not your shopping bag will automatically recalculate, indicating both the unit price and the total price of the quantity added. 


DELIVERY TIMELINES

LAHORE: Orders placed before 2:00 pm will be delivered on same day. Deliveries are done till 7:00 pm. Special requests for delivery timings can be entertained for LAHORE ONLY if information is provided at the time of placement of order in COMMENTS section. 

OTHER CITIES: Orders received before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day through our courier partners and reach you within 2-5 Business Days.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Shopaholic, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices and your ship-to and bill-to information.

Keep in mind you can only cancel your order while it is in the “SUBMITTED” stage. Once your order is in the “PROCESSING” or “SHIPPED” stage(s), we cannot cancel or modify your order.

You can always check your order status by clicking on Your Order History. After signing in, you can obtain the status of all orders placed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from shopaholic.com.pk which will include your shipment tracking number.


You can view the progress of your order under ‘Order History’ in the Order History section. You can track your order by visiting the courier website and entering your consignment number. If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on +92-307-4448144 Monday to Friday between 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Pakistan Standard Time or Contact Us and our Customer Service team will assist you with your inquiry.


SHIPPING FEE

Shipping is FREE for all orders of Rs. 5000 or above within Pakistan.

Orders below Rs. 5000 are charged at flat delivery rate of Rs. 250 for any city regardless of weight or number of items.

For Lahore, the delivery charges of Rs. 150 apply.


SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
